My Latest Fine Art Piece, "Birds Flying High"
I'm excited to share with you my latest art piece. Birds Flying High was inspired by my work that was created for the Mississippi School of the Arts Black History Month exhibition entitled, Self Expression. In this new piece, I wanted to explore pattern and textile design. While at SCAD, I enrolled in a couple of courses that led me to develop a few pattern designs. Though I haven't explored pattern designs in-depth, I'd like to create more as I study and develop my work.
