I'm in the market for illustration representation! After analyzing my portfolio and my interests, I'd like to focus on Editorial, Fine Art, Picture Books, and Comic Books. This year, I created a flyer for #KidLitPostcardDay to market my efforts.
Jackson Comics is the first comic book anthology created solely by Mississippi artists, and serves as a celebration of our state capital's bicentennial. Local artists have been commissioned to tell their own unique stories in their own unique styles - from dystopian sci-fis to abstract visual poems, from tales of horror to stories of childhood memories in the city, all featuring the city of Jackson. This 30+ page comic book is the first of its kind. It is a celebration of not only Jackson, but also the artist community of Mississippi.
